We extend the doors of our church to help those in need of venue space in order to host events and community functions. To get started in the process of utilizing our church, please review and fill out the form below (completely) at least 2-3 weeks before your event or function, unless the circumstances dictate otherwise. There may also be some blackout dates where the church is not available due to proprietary events. This will be made known during time of the reservation request.
Depending on the type of service your are reserving the venue for, and any extra needed assistance, pricing may vary. This will also be disclosed during contract agreement communication and finalization.
Lastly, for St. Paul AME ministerial needs, staffing needs, and any decoration/preparation needs, you will need to get in touch with the administration staff and decorations committee chairman. We will make all efforts to ensure the process, as you navigate through acquiring the facility for use, is a smooth one. Thank you and God bless!
